Instructional Systems Design & Evaluation of Training in HPT
ISD & evaluation workshop was a 2-day practical workshop about designing an instructional system to solve a performance problem in three real workplaces. In the first day, the attendees designed an instructional system and the next day they evaluated that system.
The workshop was conducted in Summer 2016, Payame Noor University, Tehran, Iran. 30 instructional designers and educational practitioners attended the workshop and received certificates upon completion of the workshop.
Formative Feedback in Classroom
Formative Feedback workshop was a 4-hour workshop for Iranian teachers (elementary and secondary education) about different types of formative feedback and various considerations that need to be thought of when providing formative feedback to students.
The workshop was conducted in Summer 2015, in 3 days for 3 groups of teachers, Tehran, Iran. About 100 teachers and educational practitioners attended the workshop and received certificates upon completion of the workshop.
